Summer of Love Day on WNCW

WNCW-FM 88.7 will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Summer Of Love on Wednesday, July 26. We will imagine what would have been played on WNCW had it been on the air in 1967, and dive into the music of the era all day.

Our Programming staff is working to gather music from not only the pop, rock, and soul spectrum that is so often associated with the Summer of Love, but also the music that we go to so often on WNCW, like bluegrass, classic country, Celtic, jazz and more. Plus, we’ll do our best to bring back the spirit of that summer with cultural tidbits and recollections all day.

We will offer a special Summer of Love t-shirt to commemorate the day, which will be available on July 26 for one day only. Sizes will be available in men's, women's, youth, toddler, and onesies. See what the front and back designs will be when you solve the puzzles below...
